I DID SOMETHING TODAY...

Today, I did something.
- it wasn't much, really
- it didn't take a lot of time
- it didn't cost any money

Today, I did something.
- it just happened
- it didn't require much thought
- it was pretty simple 

But it made all the difference.
I said,
- Thank you
- May I help you?
- Wow!
- You are wonderful
- I am sorry
- You're the best!
- Will you forgive me?
- You can count on me
- Happy Birthday!
- I am proud to work with you
- My pleasure
- Congratulations
- Absolutely
- Have a great day!
- I love you

In one case, I said it over the phone; in another, I wrote it on a small card; and in another, I sent it via e-mail and text message. But the best instance of all was when I said it in person.

Today, I did something.
- it wasn't much, really
- it didn't take a lot of time
- it didn't cost any money

And it made all the difference.
